The DTZ has a published price here
The Evangelisches Bildungswerk states €130 for the DTZ, and free for people who previously attended a BAMF integration course. That transparency is unusual - most centres make you ask.

Duisburg is a practical city for the integration-course exams: the DTZ runs monthly with a published fee, and the Leben in Deutschland test is open to external candidates for €25. Ordinary telc exams are thinner on the ground, and the biggest centre only runs A1 to B2 for groups.
