What is different about Mexico

Goethe in the capital, telc in two cities

Mexico City is the only Goethe exam location we could verify, but telc is licensed at Berlitz in the capital and at CDC in Puebla. From the north or the peninsula either still means a flight, so book the date and the travel together.

The nursing route is the Goethe-Test PRO

The Goethe-Test PRO has a version aimed at nursing professions, alongside the standard Goethe-Zertifikat exams. Recognition authorities differ on which they accept, so check before you choose between them.

TestDaF is booked centrally

The institute offers TestDaF, but you register on testdaf.de rather than with the institute, on six fixed dates a year with places allocated in the order registrations arrive.

Confirm the certificate your programme wants

Universities, employers and visa sections do not all accept the same certificate. Get the requirement in writing before booking - especially if someone has recommended a board other than Goethe.

Booked a date? Now get the score.

Sitting the exam abroad usually means one shot and a long wait for the next date. Practise in the real format first - Goethe, telc or DTZ - and let the analytics show which module still needs the weeks you have left.
